Registrations for the 2024 GP One Consulting Clearwater Classic are now open!

This two day event is the 4670 SUP Club's premier event and Round 1 of the GP One Consulting Tri Series between the Sunshine Coast SUP Club and the BrisSUP Club. 

 

The race weekend comprises of a BOP tech race on Saturday afternoon Elliott Heads and the Clearwater Classic main distance race Sunday morning.

The Clearwater Classic will be held on the Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th August 2024.

​

Saturday Technical BOP Surf Race is held at the Elliott Heads Foreshore.  Catering to all levels of paddlers from All-Rounders to 14' race boards.

Sunday’s main event flatwater distance race offers short and long courses of 5km and 10km starting at the pontoon at the Riverview Boat Ramp Elliot Heads, and travelling upstream turning at large inflatable buoys and returning to the start/finish line. The main distance race provides for Stand Up race boards (14’ and under) for the long course and Stand Up all-rounder (non-race board shapes), and prone paddlers on the short course.
